Today we read the story "Once Upon a Time" by Nadine Gordimer. We then discussed the setting and South Africa during the Apartheid. Students also started a mind map showing their knowledge of the story. During the second period, students worked in the Lab on the Sightlines final assignment. I'll give another class to work on this.
