Today, we went over the "Catch" questions while looking at examples of complete and incomplete sentences. Students then took some notes on adjectives. After that, I presented a Prezi on Edgar Allen Poe's life and works before we watched a Simpsons adaptation of his most popular poem "The Raven". We then read "Tell-Tale Heart" and students took notes on the 'unreliable narrator'. We'll work on the questions tomorrow.
During the second period, we went the the theatre for Victoria Maxwell's presentation on mental health.
