English 10

We started off the day with quiet reading (read Chapter 15 for homework). Students then wrote a quiz, and we discussed the events in Chapter 14 in The Chrysalids.

After the break, we started watching the film The Village. Students will have to write a written comparison on common themes  the film and The Chrysalids (fear of the unknown, xenophobia, rigid beliefs). We'll continue it next class.
