- Jeopardy Review game (review of the short stories we read in class)
- Went over a good example of a persuasive paragraph; we looked at the structure and the use of transitional words
- Time given for peer review and paragraph writing

In a well-organized paragraph, discuss the stereotypes that exist for males and females in our society, and then explore the use of stereotypes in “Think like a Weightlifter, Think Like a Woman” and/or “What Happened During the Ice Storm”.
