To start off the day, students took notes on conjunctions, and we looked at the lyrics to the song "The Tell-Tale Heart" by the Alan Parsons Project. Students then continued working on their title pages that they started last week. After that, students completed some pre-reading questions about sport teams and loyalties, and we read the story "The Hockey Sweater". We'll continue the worksheet for this next class.
