Today, we worked in the
library on the Independent Novel Study Powerpoint projects, went over
some more commonly confused words (accept/except; affect/effect; a
lot/allot), and finished the conflict foldables. As an introduction to
our poetry unit, we went over poetic devices, and played a game where
students had to identify the devices in songs.
