Things we did today:
- Commonly confused words (there/they're/their, to/two/too, passed/past)
- Went into groups and created tongue twisters with the commonly confused words
- Went over the history of Eva Braun, the Star of David and the Swastika symbol
- Watched a clip form the movie "Anne Frank". This gave us a visual of how Jews were transported to camps during the Holocaust
- Reviewed Chpt 11/12 BSP
- Read Chpt 13 and14 and discussed
- Questions for Chapters 11, 12, 13 and 14 are due Tuesday, November 12, 2013; however, you will receive 20 minutes at the beginning of Tuesday's class to either finish the questions or do silent reading
- Remembrance celebration tomorrow
